Research interests and prior work across power systems, cyber-physical security, optimization, and optoelectronic device modeling.
Investigated lead-free perovskite/kesterite materials for tandem solar cell performance, including device modeling, absorber and transport-layer optimization, defect density analysis, back-contact effects, operating temperature, spectra, reflecting coatings, and bandgap grading using SCAPS-1D.
Developed a binarized slime mould algorithm for the thermal unit commitment problem, using MATLAB-based optimization, lambda-iteration economic load dispatch, heuristic constraint handling, and benchmark evaluation across small to large power-system test cases.
